We only collect the data you voluntarily provide to us through this website's forms:

• Contact form (Contact page) : name, email, phone, subject and message, in order to respond to your request.
• Quote form (Quote page) : name, company, email, phone and project details (stand type, surface area, show, budget, etc.), in order to prepare a commercial proposal.
• Newsletter : your email address, only if you voluntarily sign up, in order to send you our news.
• Online assistant (Ask AI) : the content of the messages you type into the assistant, in order to answer you.

We do not collect any browsing or advertising profiling data: this website does not include Google Analytics, any advertising pixel, or any third-party audience measurement tool.

• Quote request: performance of pre-contractual steps at your request.
• Contact message: EMCpro's legitimate interest in responding to your requests.
• Newsletter: consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Your data is processed by the EMCpro team and is never sold or rented to third parties. It may be processed by the following technical providers, acting on behalf of EMCpro:

• ServiceHostify as the host of the website and its database.
• Our outgoing email server (SMTP), to send you our replies and acknowledgements.
• Google Maps, only if you view the map on the Contact page and give your consent — see our Cookies page.
